N.C. Association of Government Information Officers

There are two types of membership in NCAGIO. Full membership is for persons currently employed in public information/public relations and related positions in government-related agencies participating in the state, local or federal government retirement system. Only full members may vote and/or hold offices in NCAGIO.
Associate membership is for retirees from government-related communications and public relations jobs; former members of NCAGIO not employed or directly engaged in the private sector in any field of communications or public relations; persons employed in communications and public relations positions in government-related non-profit organizations.
